biography
Born in Milano in 1958, he has both Swiss and Italian nationality. Between 1980 and 1981 he lived in New York, where he studied cinema at the New York University. In 1984 he founded his own production company in Milano, Monogatari, for which he works. Among his most successful feature films are: Un'anima divisa in due (1994), Le acrobate (1997), Pane e tulipani (2000).
