biography
A young freelance journalist, he has been covering Africa and forgotten crises for years. He contributes to weeklies and dailies such as "L'Espresso," "Diario," "Manifesto," and "Liberazione," also producing in-depth reports for national and international television channels such as Rai 3, La7, CBS, and ABC. He won the 11th Ilaria Alpi Award with his reportage, Sudan (Another African Story) (2005), on the emergency in Darfur.
